Deer
Venison Steak Bites with Garlic Butter
1/4 Cup butter melted
One Tablespoon of olive oil
Two Teaspoons minced garlic
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
One Tablespoon of chopped parsley
1/2 Tablespoon lemon juice
Take your steak out and trim fat off the cut. Cut steaks into cubes and brush with your favorite cooking oil. Lightly sprinkle with garlic salt and place skillet lined with favorite cooking oil. The key is having a very hot skillet. The goal is to make a nice crust on the cubes and turning them every few seconds searing the outside holding the meats juices inside. Continue rotating meat until done on all sides. After the chops are done they are ready add the butter and garlic to the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring to coat the meat in the sauce. Next add chopped parsley for color and added flavor and serve! This is great served with rice and mixed vegetables. Super easy and super good!
